In case of an emergency or illness affecting your ability to attend a program or event, you agree to inform CSG promptly.

4. Refund Policy and Program Termination Conditions

CSG reserves the right to terminate your involvement in the program at any time, with a pro-rata refund of the program fee issued. If you withdraw, no refund is provided, and any remaining fee becomes immediately due.

5. Health and Participation Warranty

You confirm that you do not have health conditions negatively impacted by participation in CSG's programs. These programs are educational and not therapeutic in nature.

6. Risk Acceptance and Facility Use

You acknowledge that participation in CSG programs and use of its facilities and services is at your own risk.

7. Liability Release and Risk Assumption

You release CSG and its representatives from any claims or actions for loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation, including travel to and from the program.

8. Binding Effect on Legal Representatives

This agreement binds you and your legal representatives regarding any claims related to your participation in CSG's activities.

9. Intellectual Property and Usage Intent

All materials provided during the program remain the exclusive property of CSG and/or its facilitators. You agree not to use these materials outside the program context.

10. Personal Therapeutic Intent and Material Ownership Agreement

You agree that the material provided (physical and digital) during the program is for your personal use within the program and remains the property of CSG and/or its facilitators.

11. Permission for Educational Recording

You consent to the recording of classes for educational purposes, with the assurance that these recordings will not be publicly disseminated.

12. Website Use and Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or access to the service without express written permission.

• Post or transmit through the site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Use the site to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.
