Ashley Chitwood
Ashley took her first yoga and meditation class in 2017 to relieve anxiety and panic. Yoga and meditation practices alleviated her symptoms and supported a healthier mind/body connection while also working a high stress job. Ashley participated in the 9-month Grief to Gratitude yoga program after the passing of her father, and shortly after, received her Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Certificate to help others.
